ACCESSIBILITYCULTURE AND DISABILITY

K3MK Company opens its projects to people with disabilities and offers cultural activities adapted to their specific needs, so that each visitor is welcomed in the best possible way, whatever his or her disability or deficiency.
A proactive policy of adapting visits to all visitors with disabilities. Numerous adapted tours and activities, integrating mediation devices for one or more categories of visitors with disabilities, will thus be proposed in our cultural offerings. These achievements will follow a major training campaign that will be conducted between 2023 and 2026 by K3MK Company for all its staff.

K3MK Company will also set up cultural mediation devices to facilitate independent visits to events (tactile, easy-to-read and easy-to-understand visit books; on-board itineraries (visit applications, tablets) in LSF; audio guides in audio description; introductory spaces for the visit and interpretation stations integrating tactile, multimedia, digital and new technology devices; etc.). And we design multi-sensory kits that are made available to associations wishing to prepare their visit, or to offer alternative activities for people who cannot attend our events.

Exceptional events, inclusive or dedicated to people with disabilities, will be organised each year at our event venues, on a one-off basis (Welcome to All days) or as a network (Events for All events). These new and innovative operations, including quality cultural events (exhibitions, concerts, choreographic and theatrical activities, etc.), will help to boost and publicise the existing adapted cultural offer in K3MK Company's programme, as well as to test new visit offers, which are intended to be made permanent.

Training and advice for group leaders

It will be possible to make appointments in advance and to carry out scouting visits: on this occasion documents can be provided to the group leader.
In general, it is possible to adapt the offer to the group's wishes, and this is all the better if the appointment is made sufficiently in advance.
